Frisbee Freestyle World Championships in Germany for the first time
The FPA Freestyle Disc World Championships will take place from 28th to 30th of July 2006 in the Sportcentrum Siemensstadt, located in the northwest of Berlin.
For me, the fascinating about Freestyle, is the strong community and the possibility to combine tricks, throwing techniques and catches in innumerable ways. Every Jammer has their own style, preferred trick combinations and a totally unique way to express themselves playing with the disc.
Although the community of freestyle players is small and scattered all over the world, it is a strong community and they all share one thing- the love of the sport.
As a child i was excited about the disc's flight, but since i've been playing freestyle, this fascination has even multiplied. Once you start playing freestyle seriously, you won't be able to stop easily...
Therefore I'm very happily looking forward to welcome some of the worlds best jammers this year in Berlin.
